Update

Here is the basic update...

Knee recovery and base miles with wieght training through December while I'm in L.A. and then after Christmas back in Minne I hopefully will be off to race and train in Alicante with Grefusa.
Tommorow I move into my dorm here and meet all new people which is exciting.
